I am a Mother and Wife who is trying to live out the Gospel in everyday moments. My childhood was filled with trauma, which led to quite a few years of me being wayward in my sin. The Lord was good to pursue me, I called to Him, and he answered me. Every dark part of my past the Lord has redeemed and out of my greatest sufferings have came His greatest glories. After struggling with infertility for 12 years, the Lord blessed my husband and I with a beautiful little boy. His name is Jackson and he is on the Autism Spectrum. Even in this, the Lord has used the difficulties of parenting a high needs child to bring not just me, but our entire family closer to Him and has given us a deeper understanding of the completed work of the Cross. When I have an occasional moment to myself I try to take what the Lord is showing me in my life and share it here, with you all. I love to read, study, and garden but what gets me the most excited is telling people about what Jesus has done for me!
